Cancellation Policy
Any appointment cancelled within 24 hours of a scheduled appointment will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the service booked. Please reach out to adjust an appointment if need be before the 24 hour timing in order to avoid this fee.
We do provide a complimentary email and text 48 hours before any service to provide ample time to adjust any reservations that are made but it is the client's responsibility to remember their appointment day and time. We also provide a reminder 2 hours before any service. |
Service Satisfaction
We work very hard from our pre-service consultation to the last strand of hair blown dry to make sure you love your hair and your experience. Art+Craft Salon does not offer refunds for services performed but we want you to be ecstatic with your results. We are more than happy to make any needed adjustments but only within 7 days of your service. We do not offer any adjustments if another stylist outside of our salon or you tamper with your hair post our services.

Product Satisfaction
We use the finest quality products and recommend them to our clients for at-home use to keep their hair looking and feeling its best. If they are not as a perfect fit like we thought it might be, please return it to the salon within one week of purchase for a credit toward any products the salon carries.
For your protection, brushes and styling tools are non-refundable or cannot be returned. |
